However, success should never come at expense of your own health and mental peace. Sadly, too many of us don’t realize this until it’s too late.
I don’t know about you, but as I’ve reached my mid-40s, I’ve realized now more than ever it’s time to focus on what is truly important in life. And being able to do that it hinges on our OWN mental health, physical health and self care.
Those areas are not independent of each other. If your mind is not right, you won’t have the motivation to exercise and eat right. If you don’t eat right and exercise, you’re mind can’t focus properly.
